The question I have about Princess Luna's abilities to walk inside of people's dreams is if a machine became self a where and started developing what might be dreams when it was on stand by or shut down would Princess Luna be able to go into it?
When Princess Luna goes to use her powers of walking into people's dreams to try and find Princess Cadence and Lotto along with Daring Do she is able to track them down to the cruise ship the Seas Pride. But after she finds that the three ponies she was looking for are not in any danger and that the cruise ship will take them home back to the Crystal Empire. Princess Luna makes a discovery that is so radical about the cruise ship that not even the humans know about it and would be terrified if they did find out.
Princess Luna found her steeping into a dream world that looked like the inside of the cruise ship only this time there were no 3800 humans on board only one small girl who looked human and was fully human. The other one on board the ship was a man in a ship's officers uniform only he had on a metal hat that looked like the ship's green funnel and had half his face covered in metal while the rest of him looked like a normal human. Meanwhile outside of these two there was a third hideous creature that looked like a hideously deformed man. The hideously deformed man who was the third thing on the cruise ship was referred to by the girl and the metal faced man was referred to by them as the Meth Monster. The horribly aggressive and uncontrollable Meth Monster was ether locked away in one of the cabins but would freely runaround the ship terrorizing the other two and inflicting harm on the other two.. And when the Meth Monster did break free every now and then he would go try to torturer the girl and the metal faced man.
When Princess Luna showed up the Meth Monster attacked her trying to bite into her neck but Luna used her powers to vanish Meth Monster. In that after Princess Luna told the girl and the metal faced man that this Meth Monster was nothing more then a nightmare. As for what they did to the Meth Monster the metal faced man said that when the Meth Monster was a living human became pumped up on a deadly drug to get high and ripped apart the ship trying to hunt down and hill the girl as a type of deadly hide and seek game. But the human crew member Dan and his brother along with the changeling Queen Chrissie beat the crap out of Earl during this rampage and Dan chained the Meth Monster to a steel wall on the sun deck of the ship in that the Meth Monster was to en ranged and violent to put in the ship's jail. Queen Chrissie also used changeling slime to keep the Meth Monster stuck to the ship's steel wall imprisoning from going on a rampage.
Princess Luna tried to tell them that this world they both were in was not real but a dream in someone's mind. But what Luna didn't understand was how could two people live in a dream world when only one normally created it?
The metal faced man said, "That his name was Ship and that what Princess Luna was seeing was the world he created where he could allow the girl to exist in reality. Ship also said to Princess Luna that the Meth Monster was a monster named Earl who sent the girl into a comma when Earl tried to kill her by setting the ship's front engine room on fire. The fire set the engine room on fire and fire spread to the lido deck killing her. This was done as a act of revenge by the Meth Monster for the girl telling the Crew member Dan about the Meth Monster's deadly and sadistic game he was using the cruise ship. In that as soon the cruise ship would have came into port Dan would have dragged Earl the Meth Monster over to a group of waiting police. But during this fire on the lido deck Dan's brother Steve killed Earl the Meth Monster by throwing him a a hundred feet off of the lido deck of the ship. After Dan shot Earl a few times.
Princess Luna after hearing about this horrible and sad quickly learns that the cruise ship's self thinking computer feels a hideous pain that it could have and should have done something about the Meth Monster that led to the deaths of several passengers and crew. So when the girl's body had became badly burned the Ship's computer had did some type of download moving the girl's brain existence over to it's virtual world. Basic her soul was here in this floating virtual world that looked like the cruise ship at night. But not knowingly the Meth Monster had also moved his demonic soul over to this world ship made too. In that with out this virtual world to live in the Meth Monster would go straight to the bad place.
Ship while this is going on learns that the girl's living body will be pulled from life suport in Orlando Florida and with out that there will be no hope of her leaving this virtual world. In that ship needs to shut down this virtual world to rid himself of the Meth Monster once and for all. This leaves ship not knowing what to do.
But Ship tells Princess Luna about Princess Cadence telling him about the existence of the Elements of Harmony and the Crystal Heart. Ship also tells Luna that he was able to download a human soul out of a body but he doesn't have the power or ability to reverse the process. But the Crystal Heart which sits in the Crystal Empire would have the type of power ship would need to reverse the process of sending the girl's soul back into her body.
