Lotto kissing Princess Celestia

Berry's plan for Lotto to take over Equestira while he goes to take over the Changeling Empire hits a snag when Lotto does run into Princess Celestia. It turns out Lotto simply wanted Princess Celestia's attention. Not to mention Lotto now wants to use the lab lab explosion stuff to make Princess Celestia and Luna grow too.
