I've got to be formal about this

Most tiny ponies would be under the impression that Lotto being a common earth pony and giant sized and the only stallion of Princess Luna's size. Lotto would in fact be fairly crude and primitive about trying to court Princess Luna. But much to the upper Manehattan nobility Lotto is extreamly formal and reversed in the complex Canterlot mare courtship traditions in asking a 800 foot tall Princess Luna out on the town.
